SMM Recipes - Kale

Who even knows what to do with kale?? Not me. But I looked it up and here we are: kale chips.


My husband made the first batch of these + I made the second. So easy!

Use Market fresh kale, snapping off the stem and leaving the leaves whole. Lay out on baking sheets + drizzle lightly with olive oil, or use some olive oil and some cooking spray. Then season as you wish. I used a grinder that was pre-filled with seasoning, but you could use salt, pepper, onion powder, etc.

Bake at 375 for about 5 minutes.... then eat! So crispy, so NOT kale-y. Mmmmm.
